Interpretation is the process of establishing a structure between place, story and visitors.
This is sometimes referred to as “meaning making”. In other words, creating a sense of meaning and connection with a place and its significance.
LookEar’s planning process takes into account the values of a place, the stories that are relevant to that place, the connections that people have with the place, and the profile and behaviour of the visitors.
The outcome is an imaginative and well-considered series of concepts and recommendations that are authentic, engaging and meaningful.
